Preventive maintenance plans, which combine regular visits with remote checks, thanks to Industry 4.0 data. Our experts follow a verification protocol to check the different elements of the line, identifying potential problems and proposing solutions, in order to improve the performance of the lines and reduce unexpected downtimes.

Remote Service (Loire Technical Assistance)

Technical Assistance with our experts through remote access. Thanks to the remote access to the line PLC and to the Industry 4.0 data, it is possible to diagnose the situation of the line and help reduce downtimes.

Equipment relocation

Relocation of equipment to a new location, using our know how to avoid risks and ensure a fast launch of production. Turn-key project scope of supply, including inspection, disassembly, transport, reassembly and starting up. We also analyze the reuse of existing assets for new applications, with retrofit if needed.

Modernization and Retrofits

We carry out projects for retrofitting or modernization of existing lines, which help optimize the productivity or energy eficiency of the lines, as well as include new functionalities to older lines to put them on the same level as new lines.

Training

We propose different training modules, onsite or online (with digital twin), which can be adapted to the needs of our customers. The training courses combine theory and practice, both for maintenance and for line operators. They can include hydraulics, programming, troubleshooting, optimization of cycle time, production support, and so on.
