Launch of e-commerce platform for spare parts

In 2022, Loire Gestamp launches their first e-commerce platform for their customers within Gestamp Group, starting with the Spare Parts Module.

The customers can access the catalogue of spare parts, which are available on our Spare parts Storage in Loire, or ordered on specific request. To search a spare part, it is possible to use the browser, or to filter among the spare parts categories (motors, pumps, cilinders and so on). On each spare part sheet, the stock availability and delivery time can be checked.

It is also possible to use our 3D browser to find an overview of the critical spare parts on an ML line, as well as which spare part belongs to any of your lines on each position. This information is currently available for 12 ML lines. As soon as new lines will be added, those plants will be informed.

In each Gestamp plant, some users will be able to request a spare part and others will be able to validate these requests.
